Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use newage. You may hold only one account, and you may not create additional accounts to evade a ban or strike. Information you provide at signup must be accurate.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting it, you grant newage a license to display, distribute, and store it as part of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it. You are responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the right to post it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use newage to:

• Post illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or target other users
• Post hate speech or slurs directed at a person or group
• Spam, or use automated tools to create accounts or content
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to bypass a ban, strike, or account restriction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or the service's infrastructure

Uploaded images are screened before they are stored. Attempting to bypass that screening is itself a violation of these terms.

Moderation & Enforcement

Violations of our content policy may result in a strike; accumulating strikes results in an escalating account suspension. Moderators may also remove content or suspend an account directly for serious violations. Suspended users may submit an appeal from their account for review.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings; this action is permanent. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our discretion.

If you believe content on newage infringes your copyright, see our DMCA policy for how to submit a notice.

Disclaimers

newage is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not review content before it is posted, only afterward through reports and automated checks, and we are not responsible for content posted by other users. We do not guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, newage and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of newage after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
